We brought a unique perspective to law where we combined design principles, human behaviour, and affordance theory with legal knowledge to make the law more human-centric. Keeping the end-user in mind, we created frameworks that have aided in increasing the lucidity of contracts and has reduced the turnaround time.
The final Contract had a system of colours, graphics, visual hierarchy and simplified messaging to convey the legal information. With an emphasis on creating a contract a positive experience of two parties coming together, the tone used in messaging was a preventative one instead of a defensive one.
