Music Cover Art & Animated Video for a song titled "Khaare Raste". The song is dedicated to all those who have ever been in love - to the innocence, pain, vulnerabilities, but most importantly, the hope that no matter how far they come, true love will always find its way back to them.

Concept‍

The concept for the cover was to show the connection between two people who are facing certain obstacles in life but hope keeps them together. The idea of a paper cup phone seemed perfect to show this connection. With each cup being with one person and the string tying them together.

The idea of the red cups attached with strings in the cover art was also recreated for an extended version of the song. You can listen to it here.

The idea we finally ended up locking on was that of them sitting on a paper plane. A paper plane is a symbol of childhood, desire, magic, travel, optimism, and seemed like the perfect metaphor to show how these two people have been on a journey of a lifetime.

Colour Palette

Love and care are usually associated with different shades and tones of reds and pinks. We wanted to incorporate in the artwork but not in a very obvious way. For this reason the cup phones were made red and the petals were made pink.

Since the song had a very pleasing and calm melody, we decided to go with a pastel colour palette.
